I was looking for articles about books that are more then another commentary on new best selling romance (even though I respect and enjoy all genres) but this here is what reading is about for me. Thank you and please keep up the amazing job you are doing 👏🏻
Such a great read—easily the best email in my inbox today. I had no idea how influential Luther’s ideas were beyond the world of religion. His impact on things like personal freedom and individual conscience feels incredibly timely right now.
When I first subscribed, part of my kinda figured this would probably just be another website recommending the same booktok books everyone else always seems to recommend. But this? This is stunning. Not only all your recs, which are amazing, well-rounded, and outside the box, but the way you encourage readers to think about what they are reading and to push themselves to learn more and dig deeper. Reading should expand our mindsets, ignite our creativity, and teach us about the world and the people around us. I've never read any bookish newsletter that pushes this side of reading quite like you do. Plus, as a Christian myself, I love that you are willing to share that about yourself and put true faith and spiritual commentary in your newsletter while also equating and applying those messages to people who may not share our beliefs. Thank you! And keep up the great work.
Love this! I’m a recent subscriber and didn’t know you were a believer, until now. Very cool. Beautifully written endorsement of a lesser known but vital book and subject matter.
Thank you for this recommendation
I'm so happy I subscribed!

Love the insight and challenging ideas. Books are so much more than the latest romance or thriller. We need to read widely!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am adding this to my TBR list!
Luther’s commentaries have moved up on my TBR list! I’m glad you’re shining a light on this lesser know work.
